Time Limited (till 7th July 2009) Extra Special Offer
Aberfeldy Cottages have a 6-point, fool-proof, easy-to-use, risk-free, value-added, advance-booking, holiday-plan to help lift the gloom in these dark economic times and give you something to look forward to.
We are already receiving quite a number of advance bookings for 2010 and if you were thinking of coming to Aberfeldy either later this year or next year, we wouldn’t want you to miss out on the week of your choice.
1) Firstly we would like to offer you a little quantitative easing by giving you a discount on your next year’s holiday and then make paying for it both simple and failsafe. We feel our four-star cottages already offer good value for money in the most beautiful part of Scotland but for the next two weeks till 7th July 2009 are happy to discount any 2009 or 2010 bookings by £25.00 per week including our special winter breaks, which makes them only £250.00 for a full week in a four star cottage.
2) We would also be happy to accept £25.00 deposit to secure the week of your choice for 2010. The remainder of the 25% deposit would be payable on 18th September 2009 (after you have paid for your summer holidays). You may cancel the reservation any time up to the 18th September with a full, no-questions-asked, refund of the £25.00, so you have absolutely nothing to lose.
3) At that point, as an alternative if you wish you can pay the outstanding balance by Direct Debit at no extra cost over the remaining months until your arrival in glorious Highland Perthshire.
4) We know we are asking you book early so what we also offer is a full refund at any time of all money paid if your circumstances change, you have to cancel after 20th September and we can successfully re-book the property. We have an extremely high occupancy rate, so everyone so far, who has given reasonable notice, has had their money returned. So really, as far as you are concerned, it's as good as money in the bank (maybe not the best example of safety any more) and the holiday will come around sooner than you think.
5) Your holiday also entitles you to our 22 discount voucher system which enables you receive concessions on a variety of restaurants, attractions and activities which will hopefully help to give you some memorable holiday experiences.
6) If you are a pet owner, we would normally charge an additional £20.00 per week. For the next two weeks we will waive this charge for all advance bookings made.
7) Book more than two weeks and we will deduct the cost of cleaning we have saved i.e £40.00 for two week and £80.00 for three week reservations.
It also goes without saying that we would be delighted to see you in Aberfeldy.

We like you to reserve your cottage well in advance and give you rewards for doing so. The first reward you get is having the comfort of securing the first class accommodation that you wanted, at the price that suits you and at the exact time when you want it.
To enable you to budget better, provided you book more than five months in advance, we offer a Direct Debit payment system at no extra cost to you. The money comes securely out of your account each month till the holiday arrives. A number of our guests now reserve the following year when they leave and make Direct Debit payments throughout the 12 months. That way, there is no great credit card shock nearer the holiday. If credit card shocks don’t bother you we are also pleased to take credit card payments via the secure server on our web site http://www.aberfeldycottages.co.uk/
If you wish to reserve more than one week then we are happy to deduct the cost of cleaning which we have saved i.e. £40.00 if you reserve two weeks and if you book 3 weeks then we deduct £80.00.
Also if you are a pet owner and you book more than five months in advance then the pet, which would normally cost £20.00 per week, can come free.

Booking in advance may not suit everyone who has difficulty with shift, flexible rotas or has to wait until January or April before they can reserve their time off from work.
We would not want you to miss out on your holiday with us so we are happy in most cases to reserve the week you want until such time as your employer gives the go ahead.
Some people do not book in advance because they are perhaps self-employed and cannot predict the workload far in advance. You need to reserve a holiday but are concerned that you might have to cancel it, equally you do not want to leave it to the last mute when choice is limited.
In the event that you have booked a holiday with us and you have to cancel, provided we can secure anther booking then we will refund you every penny you have paid us without question or deduction for admin costs. Most people, who have given reasonable notice of a cancellation, have had full refunds. The longer we have to secure another booking the better chance of full repayment.
For those wishing a little more comfort we can recommend Holiday Insurance Brokers, JL Morris http://www.jlmorris.co.uk who will be delighted to help.
